Who I am
LeadSpark is run by Sylvan Matthia, based in Galway, Ireland. I’m responsible for the personal details you send through this website. Questions about your data: [email protected].
What I collect
When you ask for a free breakdown, the form collects:
- your website, or your company name if you don’t have one
- what your company does, how long it’s been going, a typical job value and your main problem
- your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number and whether you want it on WhatsApp
- which button you clicked, the page you were on, any ad campaign tags in the link, and how long the form took (to spot automated spam)
The site doesn’t use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.
Why I use it
Only to prepare and send the breakdown you asked for, and to follow up with you about it. That’s based on your request and my legitimate interest in replying to it. I only message you on WhatsApp if you tick that box. I don’t sell your details, add you to mailing lists or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
Who processes it for me
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and receives the form.
- Notion: where I keep enquiries and my notes on them.
- Resend: sends me an email when a new enquiry comes in.
Some of these companies are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to working together are deleted within 24 months. If we do work together, I keep what I need for the work and for my accounts (Irish law asks for six years).
Your browser
While you fill in the form, your answers are kept in your own browser tab so you don’t lose them if you close the form. They’re cleared when you send the form or close the tab. No cookies are set.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, ask me to stop using them, or ask for a copy. Email[email protected] and I’ll reply within a month. If you’re not happy with how I’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission atdataprotection.ie.
